Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Zikra.cc ("Zikra", "we", "us"), a wedding photo-sharing platform that lets couples collect photos taken by their wedding guests through a browser-based polaroid camera. By creating a wedding account, purchasing a plan, or using Zikra as a guest, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Zikra lets a couple (the "Account Holder") create a wedding page and a unique QR code/link. Wedding guests open that link in their phone's browser — no app download required — enter their name, and take photos using an in-browser polaroid-style camera. Guests may optionally leave a short message with their photos. Once guests sync their photos, they are added to the Account Holder's private gallery, where AI features (blur detection, smart timestamp grouping, and "Find Me" face search) help organize the album. The Account Holder can review, hide, or delete individual photos, share the gallery, and download the full album as a ZIP file.
2. Plans & Payment
Zikra is offered as a one-time purchase per event, under two plans:
- Zikra ($49) — one event, unlimited guests, and one year of photo storage.
- Zikrayat ($99) — up to three events under one account (e.g. engagement, wedding day, and after-party), each with its own gallery, QR code, and date, with one year of photo storage.
Payment is currently processed manually via Whish Money. After checkout, you'll receive payment instructions and a reference number; once we confirm receipt of payment, your wedding account is activated, typically within 24 hours. Plans are billed once per purchase — there is no recurring subscription.
3. Account Holder Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the wedding details you provide (names, date, venue) and for how you distribute your QR code or link. You must have the right to invite the guests you share it with, and you are responsible for moderating your own gallery — including hiding or removing any photo or guest message you do not wish to keep.
4. Guest Contributions
Guests do not create an account. A guest who scans a wedding's QR code only provides a name (no email or phone number is required) and the photos they choose to capture and sync. By syncing photos, a guest confirms they have the right to share those images and grants the Account Holder and Zikra a license to store, process, and display those photos as part of that wedding's gallery, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Zikra to upload or share content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to share. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access to a wedding page that violates these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Photos uploaded through Zikra remain the property of the guests who captured them and the couple whose wedding they belong to. Zikra claims no ownership over your photos — we store and process them solely to provide the service to you. The Zikra name, logo, and platform are our property.
7. Service Availability
We do our best to keep Zikra available and your photos safe, but the service is provided "as is." We recommend downloading your full album as a ZIP once your gallery is complete, since storage is provided for one year from purchase.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refund eligibility.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as Zikra evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of Zikra after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
